Time slots define the specific hours of the day that appear when scheduling an appointment. Before your clinic can start booking appointments, an Admin must create the time slots that match your clinic’s operating hours.

Creating a Time Slot

1

Log in with an Admin account

Sign in using credentials for a Turnero account that has the Admin role assigned.
2

Navigate to Administration → Time Slots

Open the main navigation menu and select Administration → Time Slots.
3

Click New Time Slot

On the Time Slots page, click New Time Slot to open the creation form.
4

Enter the time in HH:mm format

Type the appointment time using 24-hour HH:mm format — for example, 09:00, 09:30, or 14:00.
5

Click Save

Click Save to add the time slot. It immediately appears as an option in the appointment scheduling form.

Managing Time Slots

The Time Slots page lists all configured slots for your clinic. From this page you can review existing slots and remove any that are no longer needed. To delete a time slot, click the delete button next to it and confirm the deletion.
Deleting a time slot that is already used by existing appointments may cause display issues for those appointments. Only delete time slots that are no longer in use.
Plan your full schedule of time slots before staff begin booking appointments:
  • Create one time slot for each consultation interval in your clinic’s schedule.
  • For example, if you see patients every 30 minutes from 08:00 to 12:00, create the following slots: 08:00, 08:30, 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00.
  • Use consistent 24-hour HH:mm format for all entries to keep the scheduling form ordered and readable.
Set up all your time slots before creating any appointments. Front-desk staff cannot book appointments if no time slots exist in the system.
