What Turnero Does
Turnero is organized around three core modules that cover the complete patient journey. Appointments The Appointments module is where front-desk staff and doctors spend most of their time. Use it to schedule new appointments, edit or cancel existing ones, filter the table by doctor or date, and export lists to Excel or PDF. The table updates in real time so every team member always sees the latest state. Patients The Patients module gives doctors a complete view of every patient. Create and update patient profiles, record clinical visits with diagnoses and treatment notes, track vaccination records, monitor growth charts, and log allergies — all attached to a single patient record. Administration The Administration module is for clinic administrators. Register and manage doctor (medic) profiles, define available appointment time slots, create user accounts, and assign roles to control what each team member can access.Who Uses Turnero
