How Public Booking Works
The public booking page is accessible without authentication at your clinic’s Turnero URL under/TurnsPublic. Any patient can open it from a browser — no account or credentials are needed.
When a patient submits the form:
- They select their Doctor from the available list.
- They enter their Full Name and DNI.
- Optionally, they can enter their Health Insurance (obra social).
- The appointment is automatically scheduled for today’s date.
- The reason is automatically set to “Turno espontáneo” (walk-in appointment).
- The assigned doctor receives a live notification that a new walk-in has been added to their schedule.
Sharing the Public Booking Link
Display the public booking link in your waiting room or share it digitally so patients can self-register before reaching the desk:- Place the URL on a waiting room screen so patients can open it on their phones.
- Generate a QR code from the URL and print it at the reception desk or entrance.
- No login is required — any patient can access the page directly.
Walk-in appointments created through the public page use a fixed default time slot assigned by the system. Contact your administrator if the default time slot needs to be reconfigured.
