Log In
Navigate to your clinic’s Turnero URL. Enter your username and password on the login page, then click Sign In.If you have forgotten your credentials, click the Recover Password link beneath the sign-in form. You will receive a reset link at the email address associated with your account.

Identify Your Role
After you log in, the features and navigation items you see depend on your assigned role:
- Admin — the full administration menu appears alongside Appointments and Patients.
- Ingreso (Front Desk) — you see the Appointments module, including the ability to create, edit, and export appointments.
- Medico (Doctor) — you see both the Appointments module (pre-filtered to your schedule) and the Patients module.

Schedule an Appointment (Ingreso or Medico)
- In the top navigation, go to Appointments.
- Click New Appointment.
- Select the doctor, date, and time slot from the available options.
- Fill in the patient’s full name, DNI (national ID), and health insurance (obra social).
- Click Save.

View Your Daily Schedule (Medico)
- Open the Appointments section from the navigation.
- Your schedule loads pre-filtered to show only your appointments for today.
- Use the date picker at the top of the table to navigate to a different day.
- Click any appointment row to view the patient’s details.

Mark a Patient as Arrived (Medico)
When a patient arrives at the clinic, the doctor checks them in directly:
- Locate the patient’s appointment in your appointments table.
- Click the check-in button (✓) next to their row.
- The appointment status updates instantly. Front-desk staff receive a real-time notification without needing to refresh the page.
